Handle flight bookings, ticket reservations, re-issuances, cancellations, and refunds accurately.
Provide professional customer service regarding airfares, schedules, and flight availability.
Maintain professional communication with airlines and corporate clients.
Maintain records, files, and databases.
Verify and update booking/ticketing data accurately.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Must be honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
