Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
Promote the company’s services, including Manpower Recruitment, Work Visa Processing, Tourist Visa, Air Ticketing, Tour Packages, Umrah Services, and Travel Services.
Generate new leads through phone calls, social media, WhatsApp, field visits, referrals, and other marketing channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Contact potential customers and explain the company’s services, offers, packages, and procedures.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential customers into clients.
Develop business relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, sub-agents, recruiting agencies, and business partners.
Conduct market research to identify new customers, market opportunities, and competitors.
Support and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Promote company services through Facebook, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and other digital platforms.
Visit potential clients, offices, and business organizations when required.
Maintain proper records of leads, customer communications, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and marketing reports for management.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
