Responsibilities & Context:

• Generate new corporate and individual clients.

• Promote and sell air tickets, visa processing, travel packages, Umrah & Hajj packages, student consultancy, and other travel-related services.

• Provide clients with accurate information and guidance regarding UK, Thailand, China, Singapore, Malaysia and other visa and travel services.

• Handle inquiries and provide consultancy related to Student Consultancy and International Education.

• Follow up on leads, maintain regular communication, and convert prospects into clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and maintain regular sales and client reports.

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing activities.

• Create and promote engaging content for digital and social media platforms.

• Conduct regular live sessions to promote services, travel packages, visa services, Umrah & Hajj packages, and consultancy services.

• Collect client feedback and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and continued engagement.

• Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
