1. Flight Booking & Itinerary Management: Creating, updating, and confirming flight reservations for travelers using reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), ensuring optimal routes and schedules.

2. Fare Calculation & Ticket Issuance: Processing payments, issuing electronic tickets, calculating complex airfares, and executing reissues, exchanges, or refunds in compliance with airline rules.

3. Customer Consultation & Travel Advisory: Advising passengers on flight options, baggage allowances, transit rules, and visa/entry requirements while providing clear, step-by-step guidance.

4. Disruption & Schedule Management: Managing flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes by promptly notifying passengers and arranging alternative flight options or accommodations.

5. Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring accurate Passenger Name Records (PNR), verifying travel documents, and adhering to IATA and regulatory guidelines to avoid debit memos and errors.
