Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or Tourism & Hospitality Management, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with prior experience in tours, travel, and ticketing will be given preference.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term corporate client relationships.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to do regular field visits and client meetings.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
Ability to prepare sales reports, client follow-ups, and documentation.
Understanding of corporate sales processes, pricing, and deal closing.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new corporate clients for travel management services (air ticketing, hotel booking, visa support, etc.).
Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Understand client travel requirements and propose customized travel solutions and corporate deals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and corporate agreements.
Negotiate rates and close deals to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain an updated client database and track all sales activities using CRM or internal systems.
Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
Handle client queries, complaints, and provide timely solutions.
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on progress and performance.
