Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or Tourism & Hospitality Management, or any relevant discipline.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • Candidates with prior experience in tours, travel, and ticketing will be given preference.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term corporate client relationships.

  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Willingness to do regular field visits and client meetings.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email communication.

  • Ability to prepare sales reports, client follow-ups, and documentation.

  • Understanding of corporate sales processes, pricing, and deal closing.



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new corporate clients for travel management services (air ticketing, hotel booking, visa support, etc.).

  • Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Understand client travel requirements and propose customized travel solutions and corporate deals.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and corporate agreements.

  • Negotiate rates and close deals to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Maintain an updated client database and track all sales activities using CRM or internal systems.

  • Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.

  • Handle client queries, complaints, and provide timely solutions.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and update management on progress and performance.
