• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Korean language skills will be an added advantage.

• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and internet usage.

• Previous experience in student counseling, admissions, customer service, sales, or marketing will be preferred.

• Ability to guide students regarding study-abroad opportunities, university admissions, and visa processes.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

I TOP EDU BD is looking for a smart, confident, energetic, and career-focused Student Counselor & Marketing Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students regarding overseas education opportunities, communicating with prospective students and parents, generating leads, and supporting our marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities and admission processes.

• Guide students through university selection, application, and visa processes.

• Communicate effectively with prospective students and their parents.

• Generate and follow up on student leads.

• Support digital marketing and promotional activities.

• Maintain regular communication with students and provide necessary updates.

• Work with the team to achieve admission and sales targets.

• Short videos need to be created for marketing.
