• Experience in the field of Sales & Marketing and Telesales.

• Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.

Job Context: Monpura Machineries, a subsidiary of the Monpura Group, is looking to recruit a team of young, energetic, and hardworking ‘Marketing Manager.’ Candidates should have Ten (10) years of experience in Sales.

Job Location

• Corporate Office: Cha-75/2, Pragati Sarani (Ridgedale), Badda, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for embroidery machines.

• Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.

• Visit garment factories, embroidery factories, fashion houses, textile businesses, and other potential clients.

• Present and explain machine features, specifications, benefits, and pricing to customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends.

• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

• Coordinate with the technical and service teams when required.

Salary Range

• 40,000 Plus
