• Must have experience in Customer Care.

• Must have a smart, professional, and confident personality with excellent communication skills.

• Must be comfortable speaking in front of a camera and conducting Facebook Live sessions.

• Must be creative and capable of presenting products attractively to potential customers.

• Good command of spoken and written Bangla is required, basic English communication skills will be extra advantage.

• Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in Machineries Marketing and sales will get preference

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in front of the camera, and an interest in promotion and selling various types of industrial and commercial machinery through digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Facebook marketing activities to promote and increase sales of various types of machinery.

• Promote machinery through YouTube marketing by creating and publishing product demonstration videos, feature highlights, and usage tutorials.

• Conduct Facebook Live sessions to introduce machinery, demonstrate product features, answer customer queries, and generate sales leads.

• Create, edit, and produce promotional videos, product demonstrations, and advertising content.

• Manage and regularly update the company`s Facebook Page, YouTube Channel, and other digital marketing platforms.

• Communicate with potential customers through online platforms and phone calls, provide product information, and assist in closing sales.

• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain customer relationships, and provide post-sales communication and support.

• Develop creative marketing content to increase brand awareness, customer engagement & product sales.
