Responsibilities & Context:
This position is a Team Leader position. So, Overall Monitor and guide the team members.
Must be target oriented. Able to fulfill responsibilities as deem by the management.
Build a strong relationship with the customer.
Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
Introducing & implementing marketing strategies to establish successful marketing platform
Create strategic sales and marketing study for policy making to guide top management.
Sound knowledge about Land Development, Housing, Construction and Real Estate Business
Set & achieve target monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly strategic marketing plan
