- Must be target oriented. Able to fulfill responsibilities as deem by the management.
- Build a strong relationship with the customer.
Responsibilities & Context:
This position is a Team Leader position. So, Overall Monitor and guide the team members.
- Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
- Introducing & implementing marketing strategies to establish successful marketing platform
- Create strategic sales and marketing study for policy making to guide top management.
- Sound knowledge about Land Development, Housing, Construction and Real Estate Business
- Set & achieve target monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly strategic marketing plan
