• Must be sound in English both written and Speaking
• Ability to mature sales and perfectly sales closing process.
• Ability to coordinate a sales team with high responsibilities.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
• Must have experience on MS word applications, Excel and E-mailing
• Ability to handle customer’s queries.
• Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.

• Searching for new prospects for prospective business.
• Prepare follow-up details regarding day to day task.
• Dealing and arranging meeting with the prospects regarding Land, Flat and Construction works.
• Completion of sales closing formalities like land sales booking / earnest money approval from the prospects, agreement with the client, land documentation approval and client correspondence, liaison & co-ordination.
• Site / project visit and report submission to superior.
• Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
• Meet up the sales & site visit & follow up target set by management 
• Follow up the customer’s complain.
• Identify the customer's need.
