• Promote the company’s real estate projects through Facebook and other digital marketing channels.

• Manage the company’s Facebook page and create engaging property-related content.

• Plan, run, monitor, and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.

• Generate and manage leads from Facebook and other marketing channels.

• Handle clients both online and offline and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.

• Arrange and conduct client meetings, property visits, and project presentations.

• Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Provide clients with accurate information about properties, pricing, payment plans, and project features.

• Coordinate with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth client communication and sales activities.

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong network of potential customers.

• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer demand in the real estate sector.

• Prepare regular reports on leads, client follow-ups, marketing campaigns, and sales activities.
