Job Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and generate new business opportunities.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Promote Master Carton, Poly Bag, Printed BOPP Tape, Transparent BOPP Tape, Printed Box and other packaging products.

• Identify potential customers and conduct regular customer/factory visits.

• Develop strong relationships with purchase, procurement, merchandising and management teams.

• Handle inquiries, quotations, samples, negotiations and order confirmation.

• Identify customer requirements and initiate new product development.

• Increase sales from existing customers through repeat business and cross-selling.

• Monitor competitors, market prices and new business opportunities.

• Follow up on orders, deliveries and customer payments/collections.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.

• Coordinate with production, commercial and accounts teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
