1. Prepare operational reports, presentations, and performance analyses.

2. Create informative and engaging Video Content related to visit visas.

3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

5. You have to maintain strictly our official time.

6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.

7. Maintain professional relationships with clients.

8. Support business development and contribute to achieving company objectives.
