• 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in the garments sector.

• Experience in selling garments machinery, fabrics, accessories, or other related commodities will be preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bengali.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, customer relationship, and business development skills.

• Excellent computer literacy with strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Internet applications.

• Must be highly motivated, analytical, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and execute the sales process to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Promote and sell SIRUBA industrial sewing machines to garment factories and related industries.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets for sales growth.

• Conduct regular customer visits and provide effective product presentations.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer visits, sales activities, and business development.
