Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a motivated, experienced and target-oriented Marketing Executive to join our overseas manpower recruitment team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for candidate sourcing, communication, follow-up and supporting the recruitment process for overseas employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and develop potential candidates interested in overseas employment opportunities.

- Communicate with candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

- Explain job opportunities, eligibility requirements, salary, benefits and recruitment procedures clearly to candidates.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and identify suitable applicants based on job requirements.

- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and convert interested candidates into prospective applicants.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

- Manage candidate information, follow-up status and daily marketing activities.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate interviews, documentation and further processing.

- Achieve assigned monthly candidate sourcing and conversion targets.

- Prepare regular updates and reports on candidate follow-up and marketing activities.

- Perform other relevant responsibilities assigned by management.

Important: Candidates must have minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, and experience in Manpower Recruitment / Overseas Employment / Travel Agency is mandatory.
