• Age 24 to 32 years

• Excellent spoken English is mandatory. You will speak with native English speakers every day, and clarity and confidence on the call matter more than accent

• Proven ability to close deals, not just book appointments or generate leads

• Strong listening skills and the confidence to ask direct questions about budget and decision-making

• Comfortable with video calls (Zoom, Google Meet) and screen sharingWorking knowledge of CRM and marketing automation software

• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the discipline to follow up without being chased

• Able to work the night shift consistently

• Prior experience selling to USA, UK, Canada or Australia markets will be given priority

• Attend scheduled demo calls with prospects who have booked through our website

• Understand each prospect's business, current systems and pain points through structured discovery

• Present our solutions and service packages clearly, matched to what the prospect actually needs

• Handle objections around pricing, timeline and competitors, and close the deal on the call where possible

• Follow up consistently with prospects who need time to decide, by call, email and WhatsApp

• Maintain accurate records of every conversation, next step and deal stage in our CRM

• Hit and exceed monthly closing targets and revenue goals

• Coordinate with the delivery team to hand over closed clients smoothly

• Share feedback from calls with the marketing team to improve lead quality and messaging
  

• Experience Requirements : 2 to 5 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Tele sales, Inside Sales, Client Relationship Management, B2B Sales

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, BPO, Digital Marketing Agency, IT Enabled Service, Software Company

• Candidates who have worked as Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, Sales Manager, Sales Agent or Closer in an international process will get strong preference

• Call center and cold calling experience is highly preferred. Time spent on outbound campaigns, international voice processes or telesales floors counts strongly in your favour
