Responsibilities & Context:

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, social media, and meetings.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with clients.

Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Promote products/services through social media, digital platforms, events, and other channels.

Coordinate with the sales, marketing, operations, and management teams.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales support.

Attend client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events when required.
