Follow up with buyers on order status, approvals, and delivery schedules.
Respond promptly to client queries through email, phone, and other communication channels.
Prepare and share order tracking reports with clients as required.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all client communications.
Support management with client-related reporting and feedback to improve service quality.
