  • Maintain professional correspondence with international and local clients regarding garments accessories requirements.

  • Follow up with buyers on order status, approvals, and delivery schedules.

  • Respond promptly to client queries through email, phone, and other communication channels.

  • Prepare and share order tracking reports with clients as required.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all client communications.

  • Support management with client-related reporting and feedback to improve service quality.
