Strong understanding of overall café/restaurant operations.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and operational reports.
Manage stock control, including shift-wise stock monitoring.
Monitor product usage and implement effective wastage control.
Ensure proper grooming, hygiene and discipline of all team members.
Monitor coffee and food quality and ensure consistency.
Ensure recipes and standard preparation procedures are properly followed.
Monitor overall branch operational performance.
Manage and coordinate branch team members effectively.
Handle and supervise Shift In-Charges.
Communicate regularly with senior management regarding branch performance and operational issues.
Identify operational problems and take appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and maintain company standards.
Sell increasing and monitoring the branch marketing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise overall branch operations effectively.
Monitor daily branch performance, sales and operational activities.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and operational reports.
Monitor stock, product usage and wastage control.
Ensure consistent coffee and food quality as per company standards.
Ensure proper implementation of recipes, SOPs and preparation procedures.
Supervise Shift In-Charges and coordinate the branch team.
Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, discipline and performance.
Identify operational issues and take necessary corrective actions.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with senior management regarding branch performance and operational issues.
Implement branch-level marketing activities and take initiatives to increase sales
