Strong experience in managing multiple outlets/branches.
Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, inventory and customer service.
Target-oriented and capable of handling a large teamStrong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall operations of all ASMI Super Shop outlets
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
Monitor outlet-wise sales, expenses, stock, wastage and operational performance
Lead and supervise Outlet Managers, In-Charges and departmental heads
Ensure proper manpower planning, discipline and productivity
Monitor customer service and ensure high service standards
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT and Marketing teams
Ensure proper inventory management and minimize stock loss/wastage
Analyze sales and operational reports and take corrective actions
Ensure implementation of company policies, SOPs and management decisions
Identify business opportunities and support expansion of new outlets
Report business performance directly to the top management
