1. Oversee daily transport operations, fleet deployment, scheduling, and route planning to ensure smooth and timely service.

2. Manage and supervise drivers, helpers, and operational staff, including attendance, discipline, performance, and productivity.

3. Coordinate with clients regarding vehicle requirements, schedules, service delivery, complaints, and operational issues.

4. Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, mileage, downtime, and overall fleet performance.

5. Ensure timely vehicle maintenance, servicing, fitness, insurance, registration, and other legal/statutory requirements.

6. Monitor and control operational expenses including fuel, repairs, maintenance, tolls, parking, and other related costs.

7. Handle vehicle breakdowns, accidents, driver shortages, emergency situations, and replacement vehicle arrangements.

8. Coordinate with workshops, garages, suppliers, vendors, and other service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations.

9. Maintain and review operational records, trip sheets, fuel logs, maintenance records, driver records, and client-related documents.

10. Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management and implement measures to improve service quality, fleet utilization, and profitability.

11. Any Relevant work assigned by management.
