Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Factory/Industrial HR, handling thousands of workforce, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manpower planning, recruitment, attendance, leave and HR operations.
Hands-on experience of HRIS Software will get high preference.
Practical experience in worker and staff recruitment and onboarding.
Good understanding of employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
Working knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and factory HR compliance requirements.
Experience in payroll inputs, overtime, attendance and HR cost-related activities.
Ability to prepare and analyze HR reports, headcount, turnover, absenteeism and manpower data.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word.
Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively with Production, Admin, Accounts, Safety and other factory functions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple HR activities within deadlines.
Manage overall HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities.
Prepare manpower plans and requisitions based on production and departmental requirements.
Manage recruitment and selection of workers, operators, staff and officers.
Coordinate employee joining, onboarding, documentation and HRIS updates.
Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave, overtime and manpower deployment.
Maintain employee personal files, HR records and other required documentation.
Handle employee grievances, workplace issues, counselling and employee relations matters.
Coordinate disciplinary actions and ensure proper documentation in line with company policy.
Coordinate employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, increment and other HR movements.
Provide accurate attendance, leave and overtime data for payroll and salary processing.
Monitor employee turnover, manpower shortage and replacement requirements and take necessary actions.
Coordinate performance appraisal, employee development and training activities.
Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures and applicable labour-law requirements.
Prepare regular HR reports and analyze headcount, absenteeism, turnover, overtime and manpower cost.
Coordinate with Head Office HR, Production, Admin, Accounts, Safety and other departments to resolve HR-related issues.
