We're seeking a passionate, experienced counsellor with a growth mindset to lead our student advisory service — from the first counselling session through to admission — while mentoring the team and helping shape the company's growth.

Guide ambitious students from first conversation to university offer — and help make studying abroad genuinely within reach.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

  • Provide expert counselling on study-abroad options, programme selection, and career-aligned academic pathways.

  • Assess student profiles — academic background, English proficiency, financial preparedness — to recommend suitable universities.

  • Liaise with students, parents, and partner

  • universities to keep communication and processes running smoothly.

  • Stay current on university entry requirements and admission policies, with a focus on North America, Australia, and other key regions.

  • Guide students in preparing strong applications, including reviewing Statements of Purpose and supporting documents.

  • Manage the end-to-end application process:

    preparing, submitting, following up with admissions offices, and securing offers.

  • Support pre-departure preparation, including

    interview coaching and follow-up communication.

  • Conduct industry research and contribute to business development and expansion initiatives.

  • Train, mentor, and lead junior team members, building a collaborative, high-performing team

  • Maintain accurate student records and reports using CRM software and MS Office tools.

  • Represent SK Education at counselling sessions,

    education fairs, and promotional events as needed.
