Experience:
Bachelor`s/Honours degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
A Master`s degree, recognized foreign qualification or previous study experience in Finland will be considered an added advantage.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Context:
We are looking for three highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Education Counsellors –Finland with genuine, hands-on professional experience in Finnish university admissions, student recruitment and residence permit processing. This is a senior-level appointment. Candidates without practical Finland counselling experience are requested not to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and guardians by phone and in person regarding higher education opportunities in Finland.
Assess academic qualifications, English proficiency, financial capacity and career goals, then recommend suitable Finnish universities, Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS), programmes and scholarship opportunities.
Independently manage end-to-end Finland applications through Studyinfo.fi and institution-specific application portals.
Review academic documents and advise students regarding eligibility, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and application conditions.
Guide students in preparing SOPs, motivation letters, CVs, work-experience evidence and other required application materials.
Prepare students for entrance examinations, video assignments, interviews and admission-related assessments.
Support students with tuition fee payment, insurance, Enter Finland residence permit applications, VFS identification appointments and embassy preparation.
Communicate professionally with Finnish universities and UASs and follow up on applications, offers and admission-related matters.
Monitor application, tuition, residence permit, enrolment and arrival deadlines and maintain accurate records of every application stage.
Follow up with prospective students, achieve assigned recruitment and enrolment targets, and provide accurate pre-departure guidance on accommodation, living costs, arrival procedures and student life in Finland.
