Experience:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional with experience in the Tour & Travel industry and Merchant Onboarding. The candidate will be responsible for developing travel-related business opportunities, onboarding new merchants/partners, maintaining business relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between merchants, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle tour packages, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and related travel services.
Communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour operators, and other travel partners.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, proposals, and travel-related documents.
Follow up with clients and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients and travel partners.
Ensure a smooth and efficient merchant onboarding lead to conversion.
Explain company services, partnership benefits, commercial terms, and onboarding procedures to prospective merchants.
Collect and verify required merchant documents and information.
Coordinate the complete onboarding process from initial communication to activation
Maintain an updated database of onboarded and prospective merchants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and ensure regular engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant-related issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on merchant onboarding, sales, client communication, and business development activities.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
