Responsibilities & Context:
Warmly greet all customers, including VIP guests, and provide a friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented experience.
Ensure the cleanliness, proper appearance, and overall maintenance of assigned rides, games, and surrounding areas at all times.
Conduct pre-opening inspections, switch on assigned rides and games, perform necessary test runs, and confirm that all equipment is functioning properly and safely before allowing guests to use them.
Operate rides and games in strict accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and manufacturer instructions.
Verify and collect valid tickets or tokens from guests before permitting access to rides or games, ensuring proper ticket control and accountability.
Clearly communicate ride rules, safety instructions, height/age restrictions, and other relevant guidelines to guests before and during operation.
Provide prompt assistance to guests, particularly children, elderly persons, and guests requiring additional support, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Maintain accurate records of ride operations, inspections, incidents, downtime, and other relevant operational information as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management in support of smooth park operations and an excellent guest experience.
