Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration

BBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) is preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for operational, customer service, ticketing, food & beverage, maintenance, security, cleaning, and other park-related positions.

  • Coordinate walk-in interviews, practical assessments, trial shifts, and recruitment drives based on operational requirements.

  • Coordinate with department heads and supervisors regarding vacancies, replacements, and new manpower requirements.

  • Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, interview schedules, and hiring status reports.

  • Support the collection and consolidation of performance appraisal information for park employees.

  • Complete joining formalities and ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, ID cards, uniforms, and other required materials.

  • Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents including NID, educational certificates, photographs, references, and other required documents.

  • Monitor and maintain attendance and biometric records of employees working across different shifts and operational areas.

  • Track employee turnover and absenteeism trends by department and job category.

  • Serve as an initial point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.

  • Coordinate training related to customer service, child safety, hygiene, food safety, grooming, workplace behavior, and operational SOPs.

  • Maintain statutory and HR-related registers, records, and documents as required by applicable laws and company policies.

  • Maintain regular communication with department heads, supervisors, and operational managers regarding HR-related requirements.

  • Follow up with operational departments to ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance requirements.

  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
