Responsibilities & Context:

  • Manage day-to-day HR, Admin, Accounts, and employee-related activities of the factory.

  • Handle recruitment, manpower planning, CV screening, interviews, joining, onboarding, and employee separation.

  • Maintain updated employee files, HRIS/ERP records, attendance, leave, turnover, and manpower records.

  • Monitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related information.

  • Prepare monthly workers' salary sheets/payroll, including overtime, leave, deductions, incentives, new joiners, and resignations.

  • Coordinate with Accounts/Finance to ensure accurate and timely salary and payroll processing.

  • Assist in preparing HR and Accounts-related vouchers, bills, payment documents, expense statements, and supporting documents.

  • Monitor and maintain petty cash transactions, staff welfare expenses, and other routine factory expenditures as assigned.

  • Handle worker grievances, disciplinary matters, employee relations, and workplace communication.

  • Coordinate worker welfare facilities such as canteen, drinking water, sanitation, medical/first aid, childcare, and other facilities.

  • Manage daily factory administration, including housekeeping, utilities, office supplies, vendors, contractors, and support staff.

  • Coordinate factory security, visitor management, and employee/contractor access control.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, DIFE, Fire Service, buyer/social compliance, and workplace safety requirements.

  • Maintain and monitor licenses, certificates, statutory records, compliance documents, and renewal schedules.

  • Prepare the factory for buyer, third-party, DIFE, Fire Service, social compliance, and other audits/inspections and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Coordinate employee training, orientation, labour-law awareness, safety, fire/emergency, worker rights, and compliance programs.

  • Prepare regular HR/Admin/Accounts reports, support management when required, work effectively under pressure, and report to the Manager/Management from time to time.

  • Perform any other HR, Accounts, Administration, payroll, or employee-related duties assigned by the Manager/Management from time to time.
