We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead the Human Resources function and oversee the HR team of the business unit, driving business success through strategic people management, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, final settlement processing, performance management, employee engagement, and employee lifecycle management.
Develop and manage the annual HR budget, ensuring effective control of both employee-related and vendor-related costs.
Manage HR vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts, renewals, provisions, invoicing, and payments are maintained accurately and on time.
Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements in Bangladesh.
Oversee the administration and compliance of Provident Fund (PF) and Workers' Profit Participation Fund (WPPF).
Draft, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and governance frameworks in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit observations and continuous compliance improvement.
Provide strategic HR guidance to management on employee relations, workforce planning, organizational changes, and complex people-related matters.
Manage disciplinary cases, investigations, grievance handling, and workplace conflict resolution in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, government authorities, auditors, consultants, and external partners.
Drive effective employee communication across multiple channels to promote engagement, awareness, and organizational alignment.
Support organizational development initiatives and undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management.
