Experience:
Master's degree (MBA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent) from a recognized university.
Additional professional certifications in HRM (PGDHRM or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Administration.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial HR role.
Experience in the Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Corporate sector will receive preference.
Excellent knowledge of HR practices and Bangladesh Labour Law.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR Management Software (HRIS).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing underwriting operations, coordinating re-insurance activities, ensuring prudent risk assessment, and maintaining compliance with company policies and Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) regulations.
Job Location:
Head Office / Corporate Office (Dhaka)
May require occasional travel to branch offices or meetings with reinsurers.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all Human Resources operations across the organization.
Plan and execute recruitment, selection, on boarding, and employee orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and Bangladesh Labor Law.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRIS records.
Coordinate performance appraisal, promotion, confirmation, and succession planning processes.
Identify training needs and organize employee learning and development programs.
Ensure employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, manpower planning reports, and management information reports (MIS).
Coordinate with all departments regarding manpower requirements and organizational development.
Support compensation and benefits administration, including provident fund, gratuity, insurance, and employee welfare programs.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Assist management in organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
