• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 1 to 4 years

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

· Manage and oversee the overall daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business activities.

· Handle and coordinate customer orders, ensuring all orders are received accurately and delivered on time.

·Manage catering orders, including receiving orders, coordinating with the kitchen team, confirming requirements, and ensuring timely delivery and service.

· Drive restaurant sales by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.

· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve sales targets.

· Lead and supervise the restaurant operations team, ensuring employees perform their assigned duties properly and efficiently.

· Coordinate with the kitchen, service, delivery, and other departments to maintain smooth operational workflow.

· Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction by handling customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.

· Monitor food quality, service quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall restaurant standards on a regular basis.

· Prepare and maintain daily sales and operational reports and submit them to management as required.

· Control operational costs and minimize wastage while maintaining product and service quality.

· Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and performance according to company policies.

· Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers and corporate/catering clients to increase repeat business and sales.

· Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures across the restaurant.

·Take immediate action to resolve operational problems and ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations.

·Support management in achieving overall business goals, revenue targets, and operational efficiency.
