Experience in the RMG/Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Freshers with good potential may also be considered.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
Handle employee grievances, complaints, and workplace issues professionally.
Support grievance investigation and take necessary follow-up actions.
Maintain proper HR records and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for employee-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedure
