Responsibilities & Context:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, movements, and separation processes.

  • Advise line managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.

  • Coordinate performance management, including KPI implementation, appraisal timelines, performance reviews, and development plans.

  • Monitor employee engagement, retention, absenteeism, and workforce trends, and recommend initiatives to improve employee experience and productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, labor laws, and internal regulations while maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to deliver integrated HR solutions.

  • Support organizational development initiatives such as job evaluation, competency mapping, succession planning, organizational restructuring, and change management.

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics to support workforce planning & business decision making.

  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide timely HR support and resolve prople related challenges.
