Experience
Freshers are welcome.
Internship or practical training in construction projects is a plus.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of civil engineering construction methods.
Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints.
Willingness to learn quantity estimation, cost control, and site reporting.
Software/IT Skills
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of AutoCAD or drafting software is a plus.
Soft Skills
Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Teamwork and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Other Requirements
Willingness to work on-site at different locations.
Interest in learning local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
A driver's license is optional but preferred.

Site Engineer (Diploma – Civil) প্রজেক্ট সাইটে দৈনন্দিন নির্মাণ কার্যক্রম তদারকি, কাজের গুণগত মান নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং ইঞ্জিনিয়ার ও ম্যানেজমেন্ট টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয়ের দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন। এই পদটি মূলত সাইট-ভিত্তিক এবং বাস্তব নির্মাণ কাজের সঙ্গে সরাসরি যুক্ত।
Job Responsibilities
প্রজেক্ট সাইটে দৈনন্দিন নির্মাণ কাজ তদারকি ও মনিটরিং করা
ড্রইং, ডিজাইন ও স্পেসিফিকেশন অনুযায়ী কাজ হচ্ছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করা
RCC কাজ (কলাম, বিম, স্ল্যাব), ইটের কাজ ও ফিনিশিং কাজ পর্যবেক্ষণ
নির্মাণ সামগ্রীর (সিমেন্ট, রড, বালি ইত্যাদি) গুণগত মান যাচাই
শ্রমিক, মিস্ত্রি ও কন্ট্রাক্টরের কাজ সমন্বয় ও নির্দেশনা প্রদান
সাইটে নিরাপত্তা (Safety) নিয়মকানুন মেনে কাজ হচ্ছে কিনা দেখা
কাজের অগ্রগতি সংক্রান্ত রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তাকে জানানো
প্রয়োজনে সাইট মিটিংয়ে অংশগ্রহণ ও সমস্যা সমাধানে সহায়তা করা
প্রজেক্ট টাইমলাইন অনুযায়ী কাজ সম্পন্ন করতে সহযোগিতা করা
