Ability to collect field, market, and farmer data accurately

Capability to perform both fieldwork and office-based documentation

Basic understanding of crop cultivation practices and plant growth stages

Knowledge of local agricultural culture, seasons, and farming systems

Willingness to work in rural and remote areas

Ability to maintain field visit records and daily work logs

Physically fit for regular field visits and outdoor work

Positive attitude, discipline, and respect for farmers and local communities

Willingness to learn and adapt to new agricultural techniques

Job Context

eBagan, a concern of Flixza Group, is a Bangladesh-based agricultural e-commerce and agri-service platform committed to delivering quality agro inputs and technical support to farmers, gardeners, and agro-entrepreneurs across the country.

We are currently seeking two (02) Agro Extension Executives (Male & Female) to strengthen our field operations. The selected candidates will work extensively in different regions of Bangladesh, providing hands-on agricultural guidance, promoting best practices, supporting customers, and acting as a bridge between field-level users and the company’s product and service offerings.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit assigned field locations across Bangladesh to provide on-site technical support and advisory services to farmers, gardeners, and agro-entrepreneurs.

• Demonstrate and guide the proper use of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, growth enhancers, tools, and other agro-related products.

• Identify farmers’ needs and recommend suitable products and cultivation practices in line with company guidelines.

• Collect field-level data, market insights, and customer feedback to support product improvement and business decisions.

• Conduct farmer meetings, training sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and awareness programs as assigned.

• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and achieve organizational targets.

• Monitor crop conditions and pest and disease issues, and report findings with practical recommendations.

• Prepare and submit regular field visit reports, activity summaries, and market analysis to the management.

• Ensure professional representation of eBagan and maintain ethical standards in all field activities.
