• Identify and evaluate potential sites based on project requirements.

• Conduct technical feasibility studies, site inspections, and due diligence.

• Assess land topography, soil conditions, accessibility, utilities, and environmental constraints.

• Coordinate with landowners, government agencies, and local authorities during the acquisition process.

• Review land ownership documents, survey reports, and legal records in collaboration with legal teams.

• Prepare technical reports, site evaluation documents, and acquisition recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with local zoning regulations, environmental standards, and statutory requirements.

• Support contract negotiations by providing technical advice and site-related information.

• Coordinate with surveyors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of site acquisition activities, approvals, and documentation.

• Monitor project timelines and ensure site acquisition milestones are achieved.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with proposed sites.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and land development.

• Familiarity with land acquisition laws, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, survey maps, and technical documents.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
