  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create and revise procedures.

  • Extensive Knowledge about Bangladesh Labour (Amendment) Act 2026.

  • Sound knowledge about factory compliance, health & safety issue

  • Experience in handling different buyer and social audit

  • Good communication and leadership skill

  • Good knowledge about computer applications specially MS office package

  • Able to identify problems and provide resolutions

  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills including direct customer interaction



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Formulate, review, and update HR and Administration policies, procedures, and manuals.

  • Ensure all internal policies and practices strictly align with the Bangladesh Labor Law (BLL) and other statutory/regulatory standards.

  • Mitigate legal risks by maintaining strict adherence to compliance mandates and labor relations protocols.

  • Oversee the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier talent.

  • Drive workforce development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted training programs.

  • Manage performance management systems to cultivate a high-performance culture.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.

  • Foster a workplace culture centered on collaboration, professionalism, and mutual accountability.

  • Address employee grievances, conflict resolution, and labor relations with fairness and transparency.

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the HR and Administration team to ensure operational excellence.

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, facility management, and office workflows.

  • Manage HR and Admin budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
