Plan and supervise daily assembly floor operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved with the required quality standards.
Monitor line efficiency and productivity.
Manage manpower allocation and attendance to support smooth assembly operations.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, IE, Maintenance, and HR to ensure effective production operations.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, 5S standards, and company policies.
Drive initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and production downtime and improve overall operational performance.
