Optimize Air-Jet and Rapier loom settings, machine allocation, speed, weft insertion, tension, shedding and other applicable technical parameters.
Ensure proper yarn lot/shade control, warp sequence, color sequence, beam quality and order-wise traceability.
Develop and control sizing recipes and process parameters according to yarn, construction, EPI/PPI, loom type and required readability.
Ensure accurate drawing, denting, reed/healed selection, harness/frame arrangement and loom preparation to achieve First-Time-Right production.
Control yarn-dyed and greige fabric production, ensuring required construction, width, GSM, EPI/PPI, appearance and quality.
Work closely with PPC, Yarn Dyeing, Maintenance, Utilities, Quality, R&D, Marketing and Finishing to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery.

Establish effective SOPs, KPIs, daily management systems and performance reporting for all weaving and preparatory sections.
Work with Maintenance/Engineering to improve machine reliability, preventive maintenance, MTBF, MTTR and breakdown performance.
Optimize compressed-air, steam, electricity and other utility consumption, particularly for Air-Jet Loom operations.
Maintain effective ERP/MES/digital production monitoring for real-time visibility of loom status, production, efficiency, WIP, quality and order progress.
Develop departmental manpower capability, skill matrices, training programs, shift accountability and second-line leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, housekeeping and production discipline.
