Skills Required, Good at English both reading and writing,

Analysis report and key point Institute. Plan, organize and oversee the overall production activities to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations. Develop and implement production plans according to shipment schedules, order requirements and production capacity. Monitor daily production, productivity, efficiency and capacity utilization. Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time, quality standards and cost parameters. Co-ordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Quality, IE, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Commercial and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth production flow. Identify production bottlenecks and take timely corrective actions to minimize delays and production losses. Monitor manpower utilization, machine capacity and production resources. Improve production efficiency through effective manpower planning, workflow improvement and process optimization. Ensure compliance with approved production methods, quality standards and buyer requirements. Analyze production reports and KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management. Lead, motivate and develop production teams to achieve departmental objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements and applicable laws and regulations. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
