∎ Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
∎ Basic understanding of technical terms used in manufacturing or QC (preferred).
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Willingness to learn quality control procedures.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
∎ Ability to travel for supplier visits or factory inspections (if required).
∎ Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Document Formatting).
∎ Team player with a proactive attitude.
∎ Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To foster communication between Chinese suppliers/factories and the buying office regarding product quality, inspection schedules, sample follow-ups, and production status — rather than deeply technical QC procedures.
∎ Translate documents, reports, and technical specifications from Chinese to English and vice versa.
∎ Assist in verbal translations during meetings, inspections, and supplier visits.
∎ Interpret QC instructions, technical drawings, and inspection criteria from Chinese documents.
∎ Support QC Inspectors during product inspections by translating findings and supplier responses.
∎ Help in preparing QC reports and documenting inspection results.
∎ Learn and apply basic QC procedures under supervision.
∎ Communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers on quality-related issues.
∎ Assist in resolving misunderstandings due to language differences.
