Experience:

• 3 to 7 years

• Age 22 to 50 years

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law / EPZ Law regarding worker welfare.

• Handle worker grievances, complaints, and welfare-related concerns.

• Manage LTO and absenteeism and properly monitor relevant KPIs.

• Develop and implement effective grievance-handling procedures for timely resolution.

• Maintain grievance registers and prepare reports for management review.

• Conduct counseling sessions for workers facing personal or workplace issues.

• Plan and execute worker engagement activities.

• Organize events, motivational sessions, and recreational programs.

• Coordinate with HR on employee well-being and stress-management initiatives.

• Assist in compliance audits and prepare necessary documentation.

• Coordinate with Worker Participation Committee, WWA, and other worker committees.

• Conduct training and awareness programs.

• Support and coordinate disciplinary actions.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee matters.
