Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise technical activities related to garment production.
Provide technical support to sewing and production teams to resolve production and quality issues.
Analyze sewing methods, operation breakdowns, machine requirements, and production efficiency.
Develop and improve sewing methods and production processes.
Coordinate with Production, IE, QA/QC, Merchandising, Cutting, and Sample departments.
Ensure products meet approved samples, specifications, measurements, and buyer requirements.
Identify and reduce sewing defects, rework, alteration, rejection, and production losses.
Support new style and product development, including lingerie, bra, boxer, T-shirt, jacket, and other knit/woven garments.
Review construction, workmanship, operation sequence, and technical feasibility before bulk production.
Monitor technical issues on the production floor and ensure timely corrective actions.
Train and guide technical staff, supervisors, and operators when required.
Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering teams regarding machine and technical requirements.
Maintain technical records, reports, and production-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and buyer requirements.
