Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage and supervise technical activities related to garment production.

• Provide technical support to sewing and production teams to resolve production and quality issues.

• Analyze sewing methods, operation breakdowns, machine requirements, and production efficiency.

• Develop and improve sewing methods and production processes.

• Coordinate with Production, IE, QA/QC, Merchandising, Cutting, and Sample departments.

• Ensure products meet approved samples, specifications, measurements, and buyer requirements.

• Identify and reduce sewing defects, rework, alteration, rejection, and production losses.

• Support new style and product development, including lingerie, bra, boxer, T-shirt, jacket, and other knit/woven garments.

• Review construction, workmanship, operation sequence, and technical feasibility before bulk production.

• Monitor technical issues on the production floor and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Train and guide technical staff, supervisors, and operators when required.

• Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering teams regarding machine and technical requirements.

• Maintain technical records, reports, and production-related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and buyer requirements.
