• High standards of integrity, ownership, and professionalism.Conduct study and analyze industry, as well as global, trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in supply chain function.

• Coordinate day-to-day sourcing for fabric, yarn, elastics, lace, tapes, and other sewing & packing trims.

• Liaise with local and international suppliers to track orders, lead times, and delivery plans.

• Assist in vendor onboarding, price negotiations, and documentation review.

• Ensure timely submission of quality approvals and follow up on rejections or clarifications.

• Maintain trackers for price, MOQ, and supplier performance across key categories.

• Develop a curated collection in collaboration with the supplier, guided by the brand’s moodboards central design team trend direction.

• Based on price and quality evaluations across suppliers, create a Competitive Statement (CS) and declare a preferred supplier.

• Provide data and support for internal reviews, cost analysis, and reporting.

• Collaborate with sourcing, design, development, and merchandising teams to meet timelines.
