• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Planning and IE, preferably in a reputed Knit Composite Garments Manufacturing Company.

• Strong practical knowledge of production planning, capacity analysis, SMV, line balancing, work study and productivity improvement.

• Good understanding of GSD, Lean Manufacturing, EPM, CPM and modern IE practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with good command of production and IE-related data.

• Must have hands-on experience in working with factory production and IE teams.

• Experience with ERP/MRP or digital production planning systems will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination and team management skills.

• The candidate should be result-oriented, disciplined, analytical and willing to work closely with the factory floor and production teams.

We are a leading 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Garments Manufacturer seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager – Planning & IE to drive production planning, capacity utilization, productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, capacity planning, line loading and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.

• Monitor and improve line efficiency, EPM, CPM, SMV and manpower productivity.

• Conduct capacity analysis, line balancing, work study, method study and manpower planning.

• Optimize production layouts and workflow to reduce bottlenecks, idle time and operational losses.

• Apply Lean, GSD, EOS, EPM and CPM techniques for continuous productivity improvement.

• Monitor production/IE KPIs and provide data-based performance reports and corrective actions.

• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Quality, Maintenance and other departments for smooth production execution.

• Maintain SMV, operation bulletin, skill matrix and IE-related data accurately.

• Lead and develop the Planning & IE team and ensure achievement of departmental targets.
