Establish quality standards, procedures, inspection plans, work instructions, and quality checkpoints for all manufacturing processes.

Conduct regular internal quality audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

Inspect and approve incoming raw materials before use in production.

Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers regarding material specifications and quality issues.

Ensure proper identification, segregation, and disposition of non-conforming materials.

Monitor quality at every major stage of PP woven bag production

Establish appropriate inspection frequency and sampling plans.

Identify process deviations and coordinate immediate corrective actions with Production and Engineering teams.

Ensure final inspection of finished PP woven bags before delivery.

Ensure that products are released for dispatch only after meeting approved specifications.

Develop product-specific quality standards for cement bags and feed bags based on customer requirements.

Ensure appropriate bag strength and construction to withstand filling, handling, transportation, stacking, and storage.

Pay special attention to seam integrity, leakage prevention, dimensional accuracy, printing, and bag performance.

Ensure testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished bags according to approved standards.

Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with Production, Engineering, Sales, and other relevant departments.

Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions and prevent recurrence.

Identify recurring defects, process losses, rejection, rework, and wastage.

Use quality data and statistical analysis to identify trends and improve process capability.

Lead, supervise, and develop Quality Assurance/Quality Control personnel.

Define responsibilities and performance targets for QA/QC team members.

Ensure adequate manpower coverage for all shifts and production areas.

Ensure timely closure of audit observations and non-conformities.

Maintain required quality records and certificates.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
