Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and induction activities specially Marketing & Sales employees.

  • Perform with various HR matrix (competency/skills, gap analysis and TNA) of marketing & sales employees.

  • Coordinate operational support for sales and marketing activities.

  • Provide HR & administrative support to the marketing & sales team.

  • Coordinate meetings and events.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions to support current and future hiring needs.

  • Prepare/develop/update Organogram for different departments/units and make manpower mapping.

  • Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.

  • Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.

  • Coordinate training, development and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.

  • Process payroll-related payments, including Salary, Final settlements, Festival bonuses etc.

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for administrative requirements.

  • Support employee grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.

  • Prepare various HR reports, manpower reports, and departmental HR analytics.

  • Any other task assign by the management from time to time.
