Why This Role: This isn't a role where you maintain someone else's HR system. You're building it:
Real ownership — you'll own the entire HR function for a workforce of ~100, not just one slice of it.
Rare exposure — a rare, ground-up view into how a private equity fund builds its people function as it scales.
Visibility that matters — this is a small, growing team, so your work goes straight to leadership, not lost in layers of hierarchy.
Room to grow — as mCapital grows further from its starting 100 employees, the HR function — and your role in it — grows with it.
About mCapital: mCapital Ltd. is a private equity fund operating in the financial and real sector space. We work with businesses and investors to structure, finance, and grow real array ventures across a range of sectors, combining disciplined investment analysis with hands-on portfolio support.
As the firm grows to a team of approximately 100 employees, we're looking for a dedicated HR professional to build and run our HR operations end-to-end.
