Responsibilities & Context:

Role Summary

Drive Organizational Development (OD), 5S, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, while strengthening workplace culture and continuous improvement through impactful Training & Development programs. (Note: A mandatory 2-day factory visit is required as part of the role.)

Key Responsibilities

Lead Training & Development initiatives and support organizational learning.

Drive 5S, Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence initiatives.

Strengthen Employer Branding and Employee Experience.

Manage initiatives across the Employee Lifecycle — attraction, engagement, retention and exit.

Promote desired culture and values-based behaviors across the organization.

Develop employee recognition and wellbeing programs.

Support people and talent development initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in Training & Development, employee engagement, and modern OD practices.

Familiarity with AI-driven HR tools and digital platforms to optimize workforce strategies.

Solid understanding of 5S, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Exceptional coordination, facilitation, presentation, and cross-functional project management skills.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR, L&D, Training & Development, or Organizational Development (OD).

Demonstrated expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), learning program design and OD initiatives preferred.

Education & Qualifications

Required: MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM).

Preferred Advantages:

Professional certifications in OD & Training and Development.

Certified Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or 5S workplace organization methodology experience.
